Car rental rates (V.A.T. included):
All cars have air conditioning.
All rates are in EURO.
1. The tariffs are in EUR/day, including VAT, CASCO insurance, theft insurance, limited number of kilometres.
2. Tariffs do not include: personal insurance in case of accident, parking fees, traffic fines, and fuel.
3. The car shall be rented with a full tank and shall be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, we shall charge 1 euro / liter of missing fuel.
4. The car's driver has to be at least 21 and have the driver\'s licence for at least 1 year.
5. The delivery and take over of the car from / in Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Bucharest, and Constanta is free of charge.
6. The delivery and take over of cars to / from other locations, where our company does not have offices, shall be charged with 0.20 EUR / km.
7. The delivery and take over of cars outside our office hours (08.00 am – 20.00 pm) shall be charged with a 10 EUR extra-schedule fee.
8. Renting the car outside Romania is allowded only with the approval of the company's management.
9. For trips abroad one ads another 10 % to the rates, as well as the fee for foreign autoinsurance.
10. Renting the car with a driver is charged with EURO 10 / 8 hours, or EURO 15 for a larger period of time.
11. The following services can be provided upon request: child chair, tyre chains, winter tyres, protocol services (providing business programs by reserving hotels during the period of time mentioned, contacting translators, if needed - for English, German, Italian).
12. Payment types:
